I started going to weekly Breathe Pilates classes eight months ago - and I'm so glad I did. Marina is a brilliant teacher. Not only does she provide imaginative, fun classes with varied exercises, but she's also very encouraging and always thinks up adapted exercises for anyone who needs them. She's also kind and tactful, so you never feel silly, even if you're struggling to do an exercise. I would recommend her classes to anyone!

Marina is a lovely teacher explaining clearly how to do each exercise and how it helps us to stretch muscles, strengthen our core, breathe correctly, improve balance and stability and much much more. Everyone is encouraged to work at their level and enjoy the variety of exercises in each session.

Marina, of Breathe Pilates, is a very experienced, extremely thoughtful and highly professional instructor of Pilates. I attend her class for less agile persons of a certain age and, at 80 myself, get great benefit from her teaching. I arrive stiff and aching and not very enthusiastically!
