Private Chair Assisted
A personalised Pilates inspired & chair assisted session for one or two persons in the comfort of your home. I will guide you through a variety of movements in seated and standing positions to help you regain and maintain mobility, flexibility, muscular and bone strength, improve your posture and balance. The movement is gentle and low impact, aimed at people with movement restrictions due to particular health conditions or temporary injury.

Each session starts with a warming up phase, a main section and a cooling down phase. This type of session would suit any participant who wishes to learn the Pilates key principles over a few sessions and then move on to group classes, as well as, someone who prefers to work one on one to develop strength and stamina, increase flexibility and balance.
