At Breathe Pilates, I offer a range of local Pilates classes in East Sussex for all abilities, including Beginner & Back Care Pilates, Mixed Ability Matwork Pilates, and Chair Assisted Pilates for seniors!

Private Pilates Sessions

I also offer personalised Pilates sessions for 1-2 people in the comfort of your own home. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs, all you need is a Pilates mat and a space to work in. All Pilates levels are welcome!
My private Pilates sessions are available across East Sussex, within a 10 mile radius of Lewes.

I started going to weekly Breathe Pilates classes eight months ago - and I'm so glad I did. Marina is a brilliant teacher. Not only does she provide imaginative, fun classes with varied exercises, but she's also very encouraging and always thinks up adapted exercises for anyone who needs them. She's also kind and tactful, so you never feel silly, even if you're struggling to do an exercise. I would recommend her classes to anyone!

Marina's Pilates classes are a great way to build core strength and to stretch in a healthy way. My weekly class really helps me combat stiffness from driving and sitting in my working life and sets me up for the week. Marina is great at explaining the exercises carefully and clearly and adapting exercises for all levels and to bear in mind any injuries. Highly recommend!

Marina, of Breathe Pilates, is a very experienced, extremely thoughtful and highly professional instructor of Pilates. I attend her class for less agile persons of a certain age and, at 80 myself, get great benefit from her teaching. I arrive stiff and aching and not very enthusiastically! An hour later, when I depart, the old limbs, muscles and joints have been loosened up again. And I march home with a much jauntier step than when I arrived. Thank you Marina.
